LOCKDOWN 2.0 - DELIVERY UPDATE FOR ORDERS

As you are probably already aware, England will be going into lockdown again on Thursday 5th November 2020 until December. In light of this latest government order to stay home, we have taken steps to ensure most of our small team are off site, working in separate spaces and are working to advised strict safety guidelines.
We also have to limit the frequency of mailouts of orders so will therefore only be dispatching orders on Mondays and Thursdays at this time - this is for the safety of our team. We shall be doing our best to dispatch all orders placed before 6pm the previous day (i.e. Sunday night and Wednesday night respectively) on these days but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore orders placed during this period may encounter processing and delivery delays as Royal Mail’s service as well as international postal services are all experiencing delays in their delivery schedules. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please kindly contact us before you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this challenging time,

Team DL

COVID 19 - DELIVERY UPDATE

If you are worried about the delay in the delivery of your order please read this notice.
Since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak Royal Mail have reduced their hours of service so all postal services are taking longer than usual and are not currently delivering mail on Saturdays so orders are taking longer than usual to be delivered.
Some deliveries have taken up to 10 working days to arrive.
Please read Royal Mail's changes to their service here:
As noted on our terms and conditions and delivery notice on our website, Royal Mail will not class mail as being lost until 20 working days (exc. weekends and public holidays) have passed so we cannot register claims for lost orders until this deadline. Please kindly calculate this from the date your order was dispatched before contacting us regarding delays in delivery of your order as we cannot report it until then. This is beyond our control.
We thank you for your patience at this time.
