We wanted to make you aware of the following upcoming scheduled Royal Mail postal strikes that are likely to cause disruptions to our delivery service of your orders:
We will not be able to post orders out on these dates so orders placed on these dates (or the day before) will be slightly delayed. Thank you for your patience.

We wanted to make you aware of the following upcoming scheduled Royal Mail postal strikes that are likely to cause disruptions to our delivery service of your orders:
We have been advised by Royal Mail that the latest recommended date for sending gifts for Christmas within the UK is Friday 18th December, 2020 but due to the pandemic its advised to place orders earlier to avoid any unforeseen delivery delays and disappointment.

As you are probably already aware, England will be going into lockdown again on Thursday 5th November 2020 until December. In light of this latest government order to stay home, we have taken steps to ensure most of our small team are off site, working in separate spaces and are working to advised strict safety guidelines.
We also have to limit the frequency of mailouts of orders so will therefore only be dispatching orders on Mondays and Thursdays at this time - this is for the safety of our team. We shall be doing our best to dispatch all orders placed before 6pm the previous day (i.e. Sunday night and Wednesday night respectively) on these days but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore orders placed during this period may encounter processing and delivery delays as Royal Mail’s service as well as international postal services are all experiencing delays in their delivery schedules. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please kindly contact us before you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
