COVID19 - UPDATE ON DELIVERY TIMES

In light of the latest government order to stay home, we have taken steps to ensure most of our small team are off site, working in separate spaces and are working to advised strict safety guidelines. 
We are limiting our order mailouts and will only be dispatching orders on Mondays and Thursdays at this time - this is for the safety of our team. We shall be doing our best to dispatch all orders placed before midnight the previous day (i.e. Sunday night and Wednesday night respectively) on these days but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore orders placed during this period may encounter processing and delivery delays as Royal Mail’s service is also experiencing delays in their delivery schedule.

If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please kindly contact us before you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.

KEEPING CALM DURING COVID19

We just thought we would update you on how we are managing the current COVID19 pandemic situation here at Dana Levy HQ.
Firstly, the health and safety of all our customers and employees is of primary importance, and we are taking all measures to ensure the continuance of this. Our studio is an extremely safe, clean and healthy environment, (Dettol has always been our bestie - We LOVE the lemon & lime scented spray ... Have you tried it yet?).
Our website www.danalevy.co.uk remains open and our website orders are being handmade and shipped on a regular basis. As long as Royal Mail continues their mail delivery services, we can continue to provide you and your loved ones with special hand crafted pieces to keep you smiling. If you can’t get out to buy a gift for someone special, you can order something special via our website and we can send it (gift wrapped with a greeting from you) directly to the recipient instead.
We will continue to monitor all conditions closely to ensure that any necessary adjustments or changes are made accordingly. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about anything during these uncertain times.
In the meantime keep well and safe during this unusual and challenging period and let’s hope it disappears as quickly as it was sprung upon us and we can all get back to normal soon.
